The Safety of Young People, or other participants, using the Career Passport to Success scheme.
The Young New Zealanders Foundation has a stated commitment to ensure that our young people are valued, nurtured and helped to reach their goals as active, responsible members of society.
One of our specific and stated vision strategies involves a determination to prepare our young people to become fit and healthy individuals who are proud of their heritage and have a passion to learn, to achieve and to help New Zealand succeed.
The safety of every young person, or any other participant, using the Foundation's Career Passport to Success scheme and resource materials, is therefore, to remain the primary consideration of anyone and everyone involved in the delivery or the presentation of the scheme or associated resource material.
The Foundation cannot accept responsibility for any specific approach used in the presentation of the Career Passport to Success scheme or associated resource material, by any individual caregiver, mentor, facilitator or tutor.
MENTOR
I will ensure that my mentee demonstrates a good level of understanding of each step of the programme before I login and complete the declaration.
FACILITATOR/TUTOR/TEACHER
I will ensure my students do sufficient reading and activities from Career Passport to enable them to complete the on-line assessments with no help given.
PARENT/CAREGIVER
I will ensure my son/daughter does sufficient reading and activities from Career Passport to enable him/her to complete the on-line assessments with no help given.
STUDENT
I will undertake to do sufficient reading and activities from Career Passport to be able to complete the on-line assessments with no help.
